Delivery Terms at a Glance
What You’re Agreeing To
By booking with Mickey’s Courier LLC, you agree to our policies at mickeycourier.com. We provide same-day and scheduled courier services in the Twin Cities metro area. Payment is due upon completion unless terms are pre-approved.
Restrictions
We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, cash, or live animals.
Cancellations & Changes
Fees apply if canceled after dispatch. Extra fees apply for wrong addresses, rerouting, or driver wait-time over 15 minutes.
Packaging
Items must be safely packaged. We aren’t liable for damage caused by poor packaging.
Liability
Limited to a maximum of $100 unless a higher value is declared and approved before pickup. We are not liable for weather or traffic delays.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Mickey’s Courier LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling a delivery, using our website, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Mickey’s Courier offers same-day, scheduled, special-handling, and business courier services within the Twin Cities metro area. Service availability, timing, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking, Cancellations & Changes
Bookings are confirmed once timing and pricing are agreed upon. Cancellation fees apply if a booking is canceled after a driver has been dispatched.
Additional fees apply for incorrect addresses, mid-delivery rerouting, or driver wait-time exceeding 15 minutes at pickup or drop-off. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
Restricted Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal substances or goods
- Hazardous materials, weapons, or explosives
- Live animals
- Cash, currency, or negotiable financial instruments
- Items prohibited by federal, state, or local law
Packaging
All items must be safely and securely packaged for transit. Mickey’s Courier is not liable for damage caused by inadequate or improper packaging. If you’re unsure about packaging requirements, ask us before pickup — we’ll advise.
Liability
Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of $100 per shipment, unless a higher declared value has been agreed upon and approved in writing before pickup. For high-value items, please discuss additional coverage with us in advance.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic incidents, road closures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of delivery unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Business accounts and recurring schedules may be billed on agreed terms.
Use of Website
The content on mickeycourier.com is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
